The Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon was established last year in 2022. This year, it will be held on October 15 (Sun), and runners from overseas can participate!

Charity Runner Application
Schedule
The charity runner applications will open on April 28th, 2023.
Application period: April 28 (Mon), 11:00 a.m. - May 24 (web), 17:00 p.m. (JST)
Procedure
The Charity Runner application is first-come, first-served basis.
The donation will be collected as a one-time full payment of 50,000 JPY or more.
Please apply using the application form below. Please read the “Important Notes on Donation” before you apply.
You will receive an email from us within one week of your application. This email will explain how to make a payment for your donation.
Please follow the instruction in the email and pay your donation of 50,000 yen or more by credit card.
After confirming your payment, we will provide you with the URL and password to make an official entry for the race on the Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon Website.
Please make an entry and pay the entry fee (13,200 JPY and the system charge) and other expenses to obtain the right to run the race at the Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon website.

Usage of donation
Donations from “Tokyo Marathon 2023” will be used to aid villages in India and Ghana in becoming child labour-free, including school preparation and support, vocational training, support for improving household income, community awareness raising, etc.) in the project countries as well as for a support, advocacy and research initiatives in Japan.
What is ACE?
ACE (Action against Child Exploitation) is a certified Japanese NPO founded in 1997 and has been working on solving social issues which relate to the human right of children and youth around the world.
The main focus of ACE’s efforts is on the abolition and prevention of Child labour worldwide. There are currently estimated to be 160 million children around the world who cannot receive an education and are in danger of serious injury and disease due to hazardous labor.
